Yoga for complete beginners
Don't know your downdog from your childs pose? Maybe you've wanted to give yoga ago for a while but felt too nervous to join a class, or you've worried you may not be able to keep up?
Then this is the class for you!
A six week block for complete beginners - 5.30pm every Wednesday via Zoom. Join us from the comfort of your own home for one hour a week and I will be there to help guide you through step-by-step. After each class you will also be sent a recording and some helpful guides so you can practice again in your own time.
13th Jan - Introduction to the basics
20th Jan - Mobility
27th Jan - Strength
3rd Feb - Balance
10th Feb - Expanding the breath
17th Feb - Learning to rest
It's £42 for the full block and if you miss a session you can catch up with the recording.

This summer join me to journey through the senses, using them to magnify or add to our yoga experience.
Over 5 weeks we will go through each of the senses during a1.15hr class.
